When it is the 27th Night of Ramadan AND it coincides with the Night of Friday (laylatul Jumaah) AND it corresponds to an ODD night in Ramadan AND it is the LAST FRIDAY of Ramadan, the likelihood it is Lailatul Qadr is GREAT. This combination has not happened for over 35 years.
Some of Ulama' said about the sign of Laylat ul-qadr:
From amongst the signs of Laylatul-Qadar is that it is a calm night and the believer's heart is delighted and at peace with it, and he becomes active in doing good actions, and the sun on the following morning rises clearly without any rays.

A hadith on signs of Laylatul-Qadr:
Allaah's Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wasalam) described the morning after Lailatul-Qadr, so that the Muslim may know which day it is. From Ubayy, (radhiaAllahu anhu), who said: that he (sallallahu alayhi wasalam) said: "On the morning following Laylatul-Qadr the sun rises not having any rays, as if it were a brass dish, until it rises up."
[Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmithi and Ibn Majah]
Note: Let us take this opportunity to do More Ibadah than yesterday. "PERHAPS" it is THE blessed night.

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful
1. Verily! We have sent it (this Qur'an) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree)
2. And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is?
3. The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshiping Allah in that night is better than worshiping Him a thousand months, i.e. 83 years and 4 months).
4. Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees,
5. Peace! (All that night, there is Peace and Goodness from Allah to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn.
